A structure that protects your assets

We design and launch ownership structures: a holding company, operating companies and bank accounts across several jurisdictions. Business, property and money are separated into layers, so no single point holds everything.

Scroll The UAE is the main hub of the structure. We add other jurisdictions to fit your objectives.
The difference

One company or a structure

Imagine a claim is brought against the business or an account is frozen. See what happens to the remaining assets.

Option A

One company

Everything is held by a single company in one jurisdiction.

What the owner of a structure gains

  • 01
Risk isolationA problem in one company stays in that company and does not reach the rest.
  • 02
ResilienceAn account closure or difficulties in one jurisdiction do not stop everything.
  • 03
ManageabilityOne holding and shares instead of separate assets. Easier to sell, transfer and bring in an investor.
  • 04
TransparencyA clear structure for banks, partners and investors.

A simplified illustration, not a legal guarantee. Actual protection depends on the law of each jurisdiction, compliance with formalities, and how and when assets were transferred into the structure. Structures created after a claim has arisen may be challenged.

The principle

Assets separated
by layer

When everything is held by one person or one company, any problem reaches everything. We build the structure so that risks stay on their own layer.

01/ 04

The specific structure depends on your residency, applicable law and objectives. We develop it together with a lawyer and a tax adviser.

01

Owner

The personal layer. You own shares, not individual assets and contracts. We determine which status and residency suit you specifically.

02

Holding

The holding company owns shares in operating companies, intellectual property and investments. A separate perimeter for what is valuable.

03

Operating companies

Each line of business runs in its own company. The risks of one project do not pass to the others.

04

Assets and accounts

Real estate, liquid funds and accounts with several banks in several countries. No single bank or jurisdiction becomes a single point of failure.

Typical scenarios

What it looks like in practice

01/ 04

Illustrations of typical tasks, not stories of real clients.

Scenario 01

An entrepreneur with an online business

  • Owner
  • Holding
  • Operating company
Challenge
Clients and contractors in different countries, everything held by one person.
Structure
An operating company in a free zone. A separate holding owns a share in it and the brand.
What the client gets
Operating risks separated from ownership of the brand, and a clear structure for banks and partners.
Scenario 02

The owner of a group of companies

  • Owner
  • UAE holding
  • Companies in different countries
Challenge
Several businesses in different countries, a common owner, no unified structure.
Structure
A UAE holding above the operating companies, with a clear allocation of roles and rights.
What the client gets
A single point for managing shares and a transparent structure for investors and banks.
Scenario 03

An investor with real estate and liquid assets

  • Owner
  • Real estate company
  • Investment company
Challenge
Not to keep everything in one bank and one legal entity.
Structure
Separate companies for different asset classes, with accounts at several banks.
What the client gets
Diversification and no single point of failure.
Scenario 04

Family and succession

  • Owner
  • Holding
  • Family instruments
Challenge
To plan in advance how the business and assets pass to heirs.
Structure
A holding and, where appropriate, family instruments such as foundations. Their availability and form depend on the law, and a lawyer decides this.
What the client gets
An asset management arrangement defined in advance.
Bank accounts

Accounts in several jurisdictions

A structure without accounts remains a set of documents. We select a bank to match the business profile, assemble the package and support compliance. Accounts at different banks and in different countries help you avoid depending on one.

  • Bank selection by activity and turnover
  • Preparation and review of the document package
  • Support at the meeting and help with the bank's questions
  • Multi-currency account and online banking

More about accounts

The decision to open an account is made by the bank. We do not guarantee approval, but a correct application improves the chances.

Process

How we work

Situation review

We study the assets, participants, countries and objectives. We establish what exactly needs to be protected and from what.

Structure design

We propose the layers, jurisdictions and company roles. We agree the structure with a lawyer and a tax adviser.

Launch

We register the companies and arrange licences, articles of association, visas and Emirates ID where needed.

Accounts and support

We select banks, handle compliance and stay in touch on corporate matters.

Ways to work together

Where to start

The cost depends on the number of companies, jurisdictions and the type of activity. We quote a price after reviewing your situation.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Is this lawful asset protection?

We build only transparent structures. They are disclosed to banks and, where required, to tax authorities. The aim is to separate risks and avoid depending on a single point, not to hide assets.

Why use several jurisdictions?

So that different parts of the structure do not depend on one bank, one regulator and one court. The set of jurisdictions is determined by your objectives and residency.

Do I need to come to Dubai?

Some stages can be completed remotely. Opening an account and obtaining a visa will in most cases require your personal presence. We will tell you when.

Do you guarantee that an account will be opened?

No. The bank makes the decision. We select the bank, prepare the documents and support the process.

Do you provide legal and tax opinions?

We agree the structure with partner lawyers and tax advisers. Tax consequences depend on your residency and must be assessed individually.

Can I order just a bank account?

Yes. If you already have a UAE company, we can help with the bank account alone.
